The guys turned up on the dot this morning, fixed the guttering, replaced the tiles and as far as I know did a proper job (the guttering has yet to be tested by heavy rain). They were also courteous, as were Lee who priced the job and Demi who does the administration. There is however some scope for improvement regarding communications. The job was agreed just before the lockdown and once it hit, I expected delay and disruption, but I would have liked to be kept informed. They also missed an appointment last week, with no explanation until I contacted them a few days later. I understand the pandemic caused them staffing problems, for which they apologised, and perhaps without it, all might have gone smoothly and this would be a glowing review. My reservation is only because the lack of communication wasn't just an easily forgivable one-off, but persisted throughout.

Excellent service, great team, very professional. Definitely recommend Lee and the team and will use them again.

In these isolating times the work was carried quickly and efficiently, and very tidily too. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent job completed ahead of time and to a fantastic standard for the price quoted. Very happy with the work - exactly as Lee described it when he quoted. Have since used Lee for other (much more minor) work.

There was a delay with the scaffolding, dates given were broken without notice causing problems with our own arrangements. Once the scaffolding was in place the work was completed quickly and satisfactory. Every one involved was friendly and helpful. LJB office was helpful and tried hard to keep us informed whilst experiencing difficulty with the third party. Before the scaffolding was completed a man replaced a missing tile to make the roof weather proof, much appreciated.

Slight mixed up on dates, but very apologetic and a really good job done, very pleased with the results. Would use again for other requirements too.
