We had a roof leak for at least 10 years with many costly attempts (from different vendors) to fix it. Lee Botting Ltd had fixed the leak in Jan 2023, now is May - and still no leak!! And we received 10 years Guarantee Certificate!! Communication have been straightforward, when we needed a plasterer to re -plaster the hole in the ceiling, it was sent straight away. Very happy customer. Thank you!

I needed access to my loft via a set of steps and although I thought the quote was quite expensive, went with it. The guy that turned up was polite and friendly however when the job was finished the ceiling around the hatch now needs plastering and this wasn't part of the job description and I will need to get a new quote to right that. I also noticed the rug in the room had been pulled back further under a bed. When I pulled it back out to its original position, I noticed it had a burn mark on it, obviously pulled back to hide it. Thing is the rug is going to be chucked anyway but the lack of honesty all round means I will not be using these guys again.

Job well done, just a few postal service issues. Adminastrators very helpful and obliging though.

Very professional and appeared to be very knowledgeable. They were a little more expensive than 2 other quotes but we went with them because they added in their quote about ensuring a route to drain away. It is the details that showed me they were right for the job.

I am very pleased with the finished product. Everyone who worked on the project was friendly and cleaned up after they finished their particular trade. The work was completed within the estimated time frame, so disruption was minimal. I would use the company again.
