Turned up on time very polite. Did job he set quoted on to a high standard and can only praise Michael for his work! Will definitely be using again for other jobs.

Mike was absolutely brilliant in identifying the issues we had with our central heating system and our shower. Mike had done an excellent job and I would highly recommend him for any plumbing / central heating work required.

Completely understood my requirements from my description and picture. Work completed to a high standard.

Michael quoted for the job he was straight to the point on what pipe work needed to be replaced with in the bathroom explaining what the job entailed and gave a quote that was agreed. He carried out the work an excellent standard. I found him to be honest and reliable and would not hesitate to use him again

When Michael came out to give me his quote it was apparent that he understood exactly what I wanted. He advised me to make a few adjustments to my original plan for practical reasons which was explained to me in an easy to understand manner and I agreed with. I ordered the suite myself online after clearing it with Michael and we set a start date for the job. I went to stay with a friend while the work was carried out, I felt more than comfortable leaving Michael with a set of keys – very trustworthy and friendly guy. This job was a massive undertaking, everything had to be ripped out. The old cupboard which once housed the water tank had to go to make room for my new shower. The bathroom had to be striped back to it’s barebones and then the true work began. Michael informed me that new pipes had to be installed, although this came at an extra cost, I was not terribly surprised as I do live in an old house (and new piping had to be installed for another project). Similarly, a dropped ceiling had to be installed, all of which he only charged me parts for – not labour. This was not an easy job, but the work was professionally carried out to a very high standard. Michael even cleared everything away after himself, and made doubly sure I was happy with the job once complete. Michael takes pride in his work and it shows. True professionalism and a decent guy all round.

Michael was really helpful from the start. He came to view what needed to be done and measured up and came up with some alternative suggestions. He recommended a good supplier and we met there then he could show me some of the products which would fit in some of the difficult areas I had. He came up with some good ideas and suggestions and made me feel more comfortable about the whole project. He gave me a listed price for all the aspects which included bringing in other tradesmen. He coordinated the whole project and unexpectedly he managed to get everything aligned to be able to do the project just before Christmas - an added bonus. On the job he coordinated everything and kept me informed every step of the way. All the tradesmen did a quality job and because of my work commitments they had to be left on their own to get on with the job. They all did a really professional job and I am delighted with the result. When an item was broken he also got straight onto the supplier to source a replacement and agreed to return to finish the job and ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Superb result

Michael is a friendly and efficient plumber, he worked around my times and completed the job in the time agreed, I would recommend Michael and would use him again

Mike did a fantastic job on the shower, talked us through everything he’ll be doing and even kept us up to date with where he was up to. Very trustworthy we was on holiday the week he did the job and he was left a key we trusted him that much. I’d advise anyone to go with Mike.
