From start to finish Lee and Emma were fantastic and their team are all lovely and very helpful. We had snow mid installation and the team were brilliant at working through and around any difficulty. The quality and price of the service was very high and I also feel we received a much more transparent pricing with Lee &. Emma. They were also the only team who quoted and could fit us in this side of the Christmas period which was great. Thank you guys the doors and windows are looking great!

A rewrite, due to the subsequent work being far from good and impossible to get a response from Lee and their supposed 10 year warranty to fix the job. The door has shifted and the lock is broken both should be covered under the warranty but no response and completely ignoring the request to have it fixed. Great job and work done by Lee, reasonably well priced and quality job done once completed. Would happily recommend and use Lee again for future jobs.

Lee and Emma were both fantastic to deal with. Extremely professional and quick to respond. They were both accomodating to changes in our availability and were clear in their communication. I found working with them to a very transparent. Of course their work was also of a high standard. We liked their work so much we are asking them to continue to do other parts of our house!

Lee and Emma fitted our new bespoke windows, whilst they offer supply we went ahead with fitting only, as we had our own choice of manufacturer and they helped us getting the measurements for our order. Due to manufacturing delays, we had to postpone fitting and they were very accommodating. Upon fitting, we received the fensa certificate very promptly and our windows are in good working order.

Fantastic service, polite, courteous and responsive all the way through. The job itself went without a hitch and this team were first class! Very friendly, clean, tidy and come highly recommended! Thanks Lee & Emma

Overall a very good experience and the doors look fantastic. There was a small fault with doors post Initial installation but this was rectified pretty quickly and operating perfectly now. Would recommend Lee to others!
