I hired Lucian to strip out my old bathroom and fit and tile a new bathroom in January after initially hiring him to replace a tap in the kitchen. In 2 weeks Lucian did a fantastic job for me. He is quick, efficient, considerate and comes with bags of experience. He is also very friendly and approachable.
Lucian took on my suggestions throughout the refit, agreed where it was a good suggestion but steered me to consider other ideas which paid off and really helped me to have a bathroom better than what I thought I would end up with.
Lucian is a great communicator and made sure that I was involved in key decision making steps along with the very small ones I hadn't even considered would arise, but his focus on me being happy meant he ensured I knew of all the tricky decisions which needed to be made.
Lucian's pride for his work carries through in everything he did, for example while I was out in meetings, he had to make a decision to fix some plumbing not related to the fitting work itself, but had it been left alone, would have become a big issue for me later on but instead of Lucian to ignore this he fixed it and explained why he had to do it. so I thank you Lucian,
His tiling work is fantastic, both walls and floor. The fit of the bath is a high standard and all important plumbing work which gets hidden behind panels was done to a very methodical and professional standard, I will certainly be using his capabilities again in the future.
