The job went over time wise due to weather but they kept going and got the job finished so reliable. Kept the site clean by cleaning up after every days work. Polite and honest. Review left on 17 May 2024Rating: 1 out of 5Slipped and broken slates need attention(Updated on 26 May 2024)Hired for the job of re-roofing a largish outbuilding after favourable reviews and good initial impressions. Did not end well. After almost three weeks on the job they would not accept that the work was of a very poor quality and there was no recognition of the need to deal with this. They 'walked' off site leaving the outbuilding exposed to the elements. I think the job was too big and too complicated for this team. Overall an expensive mistake. Avoid!Answer from tradesperson:
Hi this was not the case at all so please do not leave misleading reviews. We explained you had multiple rotten timbers to which you did not want replacing. You had both sides of your 39ft barn stripped of all old slates felt and battens to witch at this stage you still had made no payment. You then went off on holiday and this is where the issues started as you expected my team to have finished the work before you arrived home, unfortunately my staffs safety is more important then your Satisfaction! To this date you still have materials paid for my myself at your property and you still have paid no funds which we will address in small claims court.

Review left on 27 Feb 2024Rating: 1 out of 5Chimney and Roof repairKyle came twice at the end of last year to have roof repairs due to water ingress on chimney area. He has promised us that he will come again for free if the same problem is still not solved. He wrote a receipt with 5 years guarantee to assure us. We are so disappointed that he didn't pick up any of our call since January and he just gave us messages to say that you will come as soon as you can. The water ingress is still happening and my bedroom's wall is very wet during rainy days.
