They came and checked to see what had to be done, informed afterwards what they would do. Gave me a price which I accepted, told me when the scaffolding would be erected and when they would turn up. On the day given scaffolding went up , following days Kens lads turned up, told me what they were going to do. Job was done and afterwards they told me what they had done and where. All in all very pleased with Ken and would definitely use him again and would also recommend him to others. Cheers Ken.

Ken repaired the roof inside and out of my Victorian terraced house.....He did everything he said he would and on the days he stated..the workmen were efficient and polite and left everywhere tidy at the end of each day...I have no hesitation in recommending MK Building to anyone and obviously would use the company again.

I didn’t have to wait long at all for Ken’s team to start work after my acceptance of the quote. It was literally next day. Fantastic! The guys walked us around the work area and discussed the job at every stage so we got exactly what we wanted pending any work arounds thrown up by existing obstacles. All areas were completely left clean and tidy. The fascias and guttering look brilliant. So pleased with the job and efficiency of Ken’s team. Well done 👍🏼

Replaced facia on my garage with white plastic. Looks good and as expected. Ken came when I was out, priced the job and messages me a price. I told him go ahead and did the job and sent the invoice and I didn’t even get to meet him. Will use him again.

Ken responded virtually immediately to my post and within 48 hrs had completed the remedial work to the roof. The work was actually done on a Sunday.! He communicated well throughout the process and the work was completed as per the quote.

Ken was very swift in giving the initial quote for replacing the cowl on our chimney. He also came quickly to view the job and at a later date was very efficient in completing the job. At every stage he was very good in keeping in touch.
