    Radiators stuck on cold
    Kieren did an excellent job for me at a reasonable price. My central heating system is now working perfectly and more efficiently. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a prompt, affordable and excellent plumbing job

    Combi Boiler Fault
    My encounter was extremely negative because, before the visit, the boiler provided heat and hot water. Afterward, neither functioned. From the installer's perspective, he made no changes, only looked (replacing that fuse changed my entire February). Since my boiler was quite old—20–25 years old—my frustration can be restricted to that point. To be without hot water at the beginning of February is undoubtedly quite annoying, knowing that I had both before the assessment. In my opinion,he can probably handle the newer models far better than the older ones, based on the majority of positive reviews.

    Why is is customers leave a negative review when they don’t get 1. What they want for nothing? Pretty regular now a days 2. Try to pull the wool over your eyes when their boiler is nackered as stated 20-25 years old with several faults? This customer clearly has had someone messing around with it pre my visit. Boiler assessed as having many faults which I gave him a cost for. (Doesn’t mention that) and a cost to replace it (doesn’t mention that! Just mentions that I for some reason haven’t miraculously waved a wand without him spending any money. He had no money to replace (hense) his frustrations to only leave a negative review. His stance that I know nothing about old boilers is only his own knowledge lol If this customer can prove anything from a second opinion from another engineer I’d like to hear it. Customer paid my call out fee. And he has lied the boiler did still produce hot water and heating as I showed him. Complete lie Thank-you to all my customers that. Listen, understand, appreciate their existing situations and don’t try to extort trades.

    Disconnect gas hob
    Kieran was quick to sort the job out, did it to a high standard and for a reasonable price.

    Connect gas hob to supply
    Kieran responded to my job request quickly and arrived promptly. He did a very professional job of connecting my new hob to the gas supply. There was some old pipework that caused some unexpected problems, but Kieran dealt with it calmly and methodically.

    Replace radiator with new & boiler service
    Really friendly and communicative, Kieran was up front about price and delivered a great service. Would recommend.

    Gas fire
    Kieran turned up on time and did an excellent job in removing my old gas fire. I would highly recommend him.

    Heating only works upstairs but not downstairs
    Excellent Friendly Service. Kieran was very informative and very efficient in what he did. Clean, tidy and very knowledgeable. Happy to recommend and would definitely use the service again.

    Heating
    Quote - Responsive and helpful, gave advice on best options. When carrying out work - Done everything we asked, and made sure everything was clean and tidy before leaving. Kept us up to date as he was doing things. Polite through out, definitely recommend. (Remove and install radiator, remove pipes that were no longer need, and install Hive.)

    Replacing a Radiator thermostat
    Received a disgruntled phone call from this provider after 5 days of receipt of the invoice. Please keep this mind should you consider employing this company they have this expectation.

    You would think This customer citizens Advice bureau (Wsm) would have a reasonable attitude towards members of the public being understanding respectful kind and considerate but no. Happy for me to respond promptly to do the job (which they were very happy & appreciative once the jobs done) then take an unreasonable amount of time to pay & when requested to give a reason as to why they passed the buck with no apology with undertones of sarcasm I quote “how would you like me to respond”… Not even anything close to (I’m terribly sorry Kieran please accept our apologies). So I’m overview of this CUSTOMER disgruntled is thoroughly justified & reasonable. They didn’t like my highlighting of their poor administration. Then finally asks future customers to be mindful of a traders exception of being paid on time? Simply spiteful action of a public service company to post a vindictive negative review which clearly has nothing to do with the tradesmen and everything to do with them.
