Customer in this case clearly gives negative feedback as an avenue to vent his frustrations against the fact he had gas problems, and the job could not be done at the time of my visit which where inline with gas regulations! 1. All regulations were and must be followed 2. All parts were left with customer for any gas engineer to re-attend! (FUNNY HOW THIS IS NOT MENTIONED) 3. I made a slot to do the work and then after leaving got to busy with customers commitments! When your good you do suffer from this! 4. Any gas engineer could of re-attended but pestered me dispite explanation! 5. Only charged £40.00 inc parts 6. Customer was over the moon at that stage In summary got bad feedback as couldn't re-attend.
