Was happy with the level of service I received when Kieran and his team came to fit my boiler. They were reliable and professional and willing to follow up on any queries I had.

17 sept 2018. KB pluming & heating quoted me for a new central heating system at a very competitive price, after explaining my best options. Arrived on time to carry out the work. Excellent work carried out in a clean and efficient manner, gave time on completion of work to explain workings of system. I contacted Kieran after by boiler was broken beyond repair. I already had a couple of quotes from other companies, but the reviews on Kieran’s MyBuilder site convinced me to get in touch. I was given a competitive quote for the fitting of a new boiler. I’m quite picky when it comes to large purchases, Kieran took time to help me find the right boiler for me. He was completely objective and recommended that I source my own boiler as he couldn’t beat the price I was getting online. Once the job was booked in everything went really smoothly. The gas engineer (James) turned up promptly and replaced my boiler in a day. They put covers on my carpets to prevent mess – this really impressed me. It was clear that James knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly put my mind to ease and got on with the job. He arrived at a house with no heating or hot water. He left a house with a new boiler fitted at a competitive cost, a fully configured Hive wireless thermostat and a very happy customer. Furthermore, KB are Vaillant approved so my warranty is now 7 years instead of the 5 years that comes with the boiler. I can’t recommend Kieran enough, I completely understand and agree with all the positive reviews he’s got. I will be recommending him in the future.

Came did a great job,couldn't do enough for us and didn't charge any extra for jobs he hadn't quote for. I'm a landlord and I now have a trusted plumber I know I can go to that's not going to rip me off. Price of the work was very reasonable also.

Kieran and his crew did a superb job, they were very friendly totally reliable and kept us informed throughout every stage of the process. Kieran organised every element of the job from delivering the new bathroom gear to disposing of the old. He also liased with electricians and tilers to ensure everything was completed as planned.
