JW Carpentry and Build did an upstairs timber frame extension as well as a garage conversion on our property. We are very pleased with the workmanship. Jason did a very good job with the carpentry and Chris and George were friendly and well mannered and were very hard working. Jason kindly paid for the tin roof over the scaffold as we were above budget. We were pleased that there were not too many extras. However there were some delays that we were unhappy about partly due to the weather but overall pleased with the end result.

What a great experience I had with Jason and his team, I had a second storey extension done, the whole process was great, Jason set up a WhattsApp chat and sent photos of each stage of works, he sorted out the meetings with building control inspector as well. The building inspector has just signed all the work off which is rare as we all know how picky they can be so credit to the team for doing a excellent job. The work quality was excellent & I can’t thank Jason & especially George enough what a gentleman he is, kids loved him as well. I highly recommend Jason & his team if you are thinking of any building work. Lots of praise here but well deserved , will use them again for any building work. 😃👍

We are really pleased with the end result for our extension. Jason turned the paper plans into something real, which has then transformed our house. Throughout the build we stayed at home and there was not one evening did we not have kitchen facilities etc for us to carry on living a normal day to day life while the roof, walls and kitchen etc disappeared and reappeared around us. Jason understood we needed to carry on living a normal family life around him building us our extension they were the important things to us which other builders didn’t necessarily take into account. Couldn’t leave a review without mentioning Chris he is a great guy and just like Jason understood that the house had to be built for us to use as a family home not an ideal show house. Between Jason and Chris if they can't build, mend, make or fix it then no one can. Thanks for all the help in making the paper into reality. With Jason and his team's help we now have a house for our family to grow up in, and it will be home for many years to come.

Jason and team are friendly and knowledgeable. I was very impressed that the project stayed on budget with no deviation from the quote, and we even had some extras thrown in. Timescales were longer than we expected, and there are times we had to chase to get things moving, communication could be better. But the end result is good and on budget.

Jason and his guys did an amazing job on our extension. We didn't quite realise the amount of work involved to get it where it needed to be now. The job took 6 weeks longer than what we were told and we understand that was down to bad weather in March and april. There were some tricky groundworks which delayed the job week at the beginning. I can honestly say we are so over the moon with everything and we are so happy with what we have the kitchen looks amazing. There were some additional works and to be honest with you they were dealt with very well we were happy we were not overcharged. Me and my husband cannot thank you enough you have been amazing and would recommend you to anyone in the future.

We are very happy with the rear single storey extension that Jason and his team have built. At the beginning of the project, Jason provided paperwork clearly setting out the works and associated cost, which meant we had a clear understanding of budgets from the start. Jason used a core team with the addition of subcontractors for certain aspects of the build. The team were always pleasent to deal with and happy to discuss any aspects of the build as it progressed. We were particularly pleased with the measures taken by Jason and his team to provide a temporary kitchen area and keeping the internal areas as tidy as possible as we lived in the property for the duration of the works. The team handled the tight site access well with minimal disruption to our neighbours which was appreciated. Jason handled some building material supply issues and communicated well over any options that came up during the build. It was clear that achieving a high standard of finish was important to Jason and his team. Jason puts regular updates on his Instagram channel. I would recommend potential customers take a look as it provides a good representation of the standard of work provided. We would happily use Jason and his team again.

Jason Walters carried out an extension to our house in Long Ashton. He built a new kitchen and made the dining and living areas open plan. The kitchen is well equipped with an eye-level fan oven, gas hob, integrated dish washer and American style fridge/freezer. The working surfaces are granite with an island between the kitchen and dining areas. In addition a ground=floor bathroom was made that is accessible from the entrance hall as well as a small room created from the original kitchen. The whole of the ground floor was renovated with solid wood flooring, improved wall insulation and an up-to-date central central heating system. A wood burning stove was fitted between the living and dining areas. After making good progress with the ground floor extension we asked Jason to renovate the first and second floors of the house. Improved insulation was installed on all the exterior walls, 2 bathrooms were renovated and an additional en-suite bathroom was added in one of the bedrooms. The whole house was re-decorated inside, re-wired and new central heating was installed throughout. In addition, Jason made built-in wardrobes in three of the bedrooms. The work took time to complete, having started as a small ground floor extension and finishing with a very complete refurshment of the whole house. We are delighted with the outcome and are pleased to recommend Jason as a thorough worker with great attention to detail.

Jason, Chris and the team and a really friendly building company. I found myself stuck in a renovation project, pregnant with no kitchen, and I couldn’t find a builder to complete the works, let alone add a 3 meter extension prior to the baby arriving in time. Jason juggled a few things around and started the works 3 weeks after I first met him. The kitchen was finally installed a few days before the baby came along. He always kept us well informed and in many ways went above and beyond when it came to the little things (extra tiles, bits of plastering, helping with garden works etc), he genuinely cared.. the only downside was the snagging list took quite a long time to complete, but in his defence, I had said that was less urgent and it was at the peak of people needing builders!

Jason is a good guy nothing too much trouble finished job looks really nice. Did extras too and doesn't over charge for these.. He is very fair. .

Jason and his team did a really good job on our extension and overall we are very happy with the final result.
