    roof repair

    Work required: Repoint ridge tiles, Repoint lead valleys, Remove all moss, Supply and fit 8x tile air vents, Replace 1 ridge tile, Replace conservatory guttering, Clean all guttering and surrounding areas, 2 days to complete, All materials supplied,All old materials removed. Work not completed in stated time. Informed all work complete to find guttering shedding water down window, so called back to complete. Moss not removed, but dumped in garden. A subsequent survey by prospective buyer revealed that the air vents not fitted correctly, waterproof membrane under tiles not even cut through. This meant air vents pointless. When informed no offer to fit properly. Other works ok.

    Tiled needs to be put back on

    We are very pleased with the job Michael did. He explained what he was doing throughout and cleaned up after himself when cleaning and fixing our guttering. He was on time and very polite. We would use him again for sure and will recommend to family and friends. Trustworthy and reliable. Thanks once again Michael.

    Roof Work

    Michael came within 24hr hours to give me a quote (with photos) and completed the job very promptly after that. He was professional, prompt and did a great job. I would highly recommend him.

    Roof moss removal

    Leaking roof corner terrace house

    Michael came to give me a quote and was totally honest about what needed doing compared to what I thought the problem was. He talked me through everything and showed me the problem which I found very helpful. Would definitely recommend Michael, he kept me updated regularly. I’m really pleased with the work done.

    Gutter cleaning

    Michael completed a gutter clean of the property. I wasn't around on the Saturday but he came to do the job and left an invoice. Even took down an old redundant analogue ariel without charge. Would definitely recommend.

    Chimney Cowls Required

    I could not fault Michael and his team throughout the whole project. From contacting me to the same day to quote for the works, keeping me updated with their availability due to poor weather and completing the works quickly and to a great standard. Excellent customer service. I would certainly not hesitate to contact Michael again.

    2 or 3 ridge tiles replace

    Brilliant service. I didn't meet Michael but my husband said he was very professional and friendly. He took photos of our roof before and after he replaced our missing tiles so we could clearly see what he had done. Michael has given us a 1 year guarantee for his work and completed the job for the price agreed. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again or to recommend him to anyone. Very satisfied customer.
