Michael did a great Job of fixing the lead work at my Property after the original builder left it in a poor state , the price was very reasonable and he turned up when we agreed , would recommend , will defo use again 👍

Came out the next day. We had already obtained another quote from a roofer the day before. That roofer gave us false information about the work required and costs. Michael explained everything that needed doing and his quote was half that the rogue roofer had quoted. He took photographs of the issues and then the repairs. Honest and trustworthy information received. Work successfully resolved the leak.

Really good experience of this company that I have recently used for the first time. We needed a hole in the roof fixing and whilst the weather meant that the full job couldn't physically be done until there was a few dry days, Michael came and patched it up as an interim measure to avoid water damage. We were kept informed at all times of when the work was going to be done and the end job was great and at a decent price. Would definitely use again

Came out and quoted for the work quickly and efficiently and gave a competitive quote for the job. Had to delay things because of the weather but got on the job ASAP and completed to a good standard. Haven’t had any rain since so can’t comment on the long term but all positive at this stage!

I had a great experience with Michael from McGowen Property Maintenance, It was a job that i was very worried about, He explained the state of the Chimney and what he would do, This removed my worries and i was happy for them to do the work, The work was completed on the day agreed and they also explained what they had done. He was Professional, Honest and good value, I would recommend to anyone.

Michael did a great job replacing chimney pots for me. He came out at short notice and worked quickly to get the job done for a reasonable price. He was professional and even did a couple of extra jobs without charge. Would happily recommend him and work with him again 👍

Can't recommend Michael enough. We hired him to repair broken slates, reflaunch chimney and cement the ridge of our 3 storey terrace. He offers a 1 year guarantee and is priced more than fairly. Unfortunately scaffolders damaged a slate while dismantling. Michael was straight back out to fix the problem free of charge. We're renovating our house from top to bottom and have had to deal with a lot of difficult trademen during the process. Michael has been a breath of fresh air throughout and both he and his dad have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Hire him.
