Michael promptly came round to investigate the roof, gave me a good quote and fully rectified the problem. He was friendly, tidy and very clear in what needed to be done to repair the roof. Would definitely recommend.

The leaking roof is fixed, one roof tile replaced and the mortar replaced on the ridge which had worn away over the years, I highly recommend Prospective Home Amendments Ltd. The job was quoted after checking what was needed, customer expectations managed re time scales and the restrictions of the weather also advised how to check the patch and the time it would take to dry out.
