Julian has been absolutely superb throughout. He was able to advise the best option for what we wanted and even took the time to come up with little details that we never even considered such as the detail in the brickwork. Julian went above and beyond what we wanted and treated it as if it was his own house that he was working on. He would always stop in from time to time to check on the work and make sure we was happy. Julian quoted a very fair price and even though he admitted to missing one or two things off he did not charge us for this, which I thought was unheard of in today’s market. I will not hesitate in recommending Julian and his team to anyone who requires any type of building work, and I will assure them that they will not regret hiring him. We have been so impressed we are already asking for a quote for further work! Thanks again Julian!

Jnr Building have just completed a full refurb and restoration on my cottage. Would like to say a very big Thank you to Julian and his team who worked very hard to achieve a fantastic end result. Right from the start Julian was,like me keen to keep the character Of the property, nothing was too much trouble. Julian kept me informed of progress right to the end. All staff were polite and helpful. We had a few problems on the way, but they were soon rectified. Would defiantly recommend to others and would not hesitate to use them again. Michelle F.

Julian recently just finished my two story house extension in Norwich and I am more than happy with the outcome. The work carried out by his team was exemplary, on time and the price was excellent! He kept me up to speed on everything that would be happening with the build and how long each step would take. During the build there was an issue of a sewage pipe running underneath the building site, however Julian helped and advised me every step of the way with the bureaucratic steps necessary to move the pipe and in time all was well. He and his team have gone above and beyond for me with my build and I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you're reading this and considering a builder - JNR are the ones to go with; without a doubt. If I have any other building needs in the future I will be going straight to Julian. Thank you!

We are extremley pleased with the work carried out by JNR Building and Maintenance LTD. Julian was professional, polite, did everything he said he was going to do, kept us informed every step of the way and followed up after the work was done to make sure we were happy. The team did everything in a timely manner and left no mess. They went above and beyond (noticing a couple of other problems we had and quickly fixing those too at no extra cost) and we hope they can carry out more work for us in the future.
