I am disappointed to read this negative review, as it is the only one we have ever had! I also do not believe it gives a true representation of the issue that occurred! We lifted an entire gardens worth of patio, in excess of 50 square meters and top soiled and turfed the area to a high standard, the customer was so happy with the job, that he continued to send me photos of how lovely the garden was looking months down the line. Over 6 months later, the customer found a small area of the grass, which was tucked behind the garage, maybe 1 or 2 square meters was dieing and under investigation found that a small section of the paving had not been removed. He informed me of this and I questioned wether the area behind the garage was actually in our agreement to be done anyway, but I said that we would return and sort it anyway. Unfortunately we were not able to return immediately to do it due to other work commitments and the customer informed me that he had got somebody else to do it and requested a refund of £200 to cover his costs! I paid him the £200 immediately and apologised for the inconvenience. I have no idea why he then felt it necessary to leave this misleading feedback about us after having such a good relationship with us throughout the entire job and beyond!
