Excellent service. Turned up when they said they would. Very pleasant and efficient. I would thoroughly recommend them.

The men were delayed by one day due to one being I’ll, that happens so no problems. They came the job is fine it was done in real good time. The only one thing I have no back entrance so everything has to be walk through the front through the hall and kitchen of my bungalow which is fine. The only thing I thought that the Lads would have on them were dust sheets to lay on the floor of the hallway carpet but it’s wasn’t until I realised the wheel barrow being used across my carpet so I quickly layed sheets down. Job itself was fine though that’s why I gave a positive thumbs up.

The job was not without it's issues but thankfully I appear to have a level concrete slab. The men scratched around my garden and used an old fence post, old bricks and bits to construct a ropey looking frame. When I was called to say the job was finished I had to ask for one of the sagging corners to be dealt with and then supply some ply wood to help support the cement. Not a professional approach. The workers response was that he received his instructions via a text message and hadn't seen the photos I had made available, so didn't come prepared. Perhaps some lessons learnt here for the company. They cleared up after themselves and were pleasant enough though.

The guys did a great job with moving the drain and excavation, would fully recommend.
