The job had some complexity to it but Andrian has very good communication skills and my biggest concern was alleviated. All the plumbing has been fine. As an experienced kitchen fitter Andrian did a better than expected job on the kitchen pipes and left them in an optimum state for fitting the cabinets. Another part of the job resulted in burnt wallpaper which needs to replaced (it’s possible there wasn’t enough room for a shield to be placed) but afterwards I broke a plastic waste pipe and Andrian gave me quite a good price for fixing it.

Andrian has done a fantastic job with our contemporary bathroom including additional constructional works. He is committed to deliver excellent results and grounded technical advice! As a highly conscientious professional he is reliable in sending updates and documentation via email plus photographs about each stage of his work and discusses any upcoming question straight away. Andrian is dedicated to detail, polite, arriving punctually to appointments - if necessary outside general working times. Andrian could not have been better. He was absolutely on the ball at every point; from arriving exactly when he said he would, to making sure our bathroom was in immaculate condition when he was finished. We quickly knew we were in very safe, trustworthy and experienced hands. Andrian tackled our leak logically and efficiently, kindly explaining what he was doing as he went. His solution was spot on. Great at installing new integrated dishwasher. Complicated installation involving bespoke door and relocating power socket to ensure dishwasher was fixed flush. Dishwasher was too big in depth and then too small in height. Andrian did all he could do make sure the appliance fitted well. Attention to detail was good and made sure I was happy with setting out before final fix. Would recommend and go directly to him again.

The job was undertaken satisfactory and I am well satisfied with the job. The place was left in good clean condition.

Andrian has now completed the renovation of my 20 years old bathroom. There were quite a few hidden problems but Andrian gave me a few options to choose in the process. I am happy with the new bathroom. My children are pleased with the shower and my husband is satisfy with the work. I have now asked Andrian to do more work for the house - changing the gutters, sorting out the chimney pot and removing the chimney breast as he is a compatent and reliable builder.

Andrian did a brilliant job renovating my kitchen and bathroom. Although I was not at the house he kept me in touch with what was going on with the work. The tiling his company did was the best I have ever seen. He went beyond the call of duty with a couple of tiny jobs not related to the work he quoted. The work was master builder quality. Andrian is also a top fella, professional and honest. I can only recommend him in the highest possible terms. Thank you, top man. Do not use anyone else for your work.

Andrian at Josef McLeod did a great job on our bathroom. He was helpful at the start when advising on fixtures to buy and very responsive on email. The works were carried out to a good standard and Andrian was flexible and helpful when we changed a couple of things mid-way through the works.
