Joel was excellent - very prompt on the job, good quality blockwork (good attention to detail even though it would be rendered over is a hallmark of a good tradesman) and cleared up properly afterwards. I'd hire him again without a second thought. Thanks Joel!

Hired Joel to build a brick wall on our utility room as we are converting it into a small dining room. Joel did the re-pointing I asked to be done very well. I knew some areas of my house needed to be re-pointed but did not want to pay for a total re-pointing job. I asked four Mybuilder tradesmen to quote and while Joel wasn't the cheapest he carried out the most thorough survey and discussed how he was intending to carry out the job and what areas of the house he suggested re-pointing and which to leave with reasons. Joel carried out the work as he stated. He did what he said and carried it all out very well. He didn't complain about the weather that was pretty bad and didn't complain that he needed to do a bit more than he originally quoted for. I would definitely use Joel for any other building work I might need and happily recommend him to family and friends.
