    New cooker socket.
    He has left the socket at one side an inch out from the wall, I'm afraid this cost me £50 and it is a botch job, i feel i should be compensated for this work or at least another electrician should be sent to fix it. if i contacted health and safety they would not pass it. i expected my builder to use decent people.

    Hi, I fully explained the issue with the tile and back box before leaving, I also messaged to suggest I could have popped by and attempted to replace the back box without damaging the tiles. I am sorry you feel this way, and remain happy to rectify, at your convenience. I pride myself on customer satisfaction, which is hopefully apparent from this website. I can only offer my sincere apologies, that you are disappointed with the outcome. I thought I had explained the issue surrounding the tile and back box, prior to leaving.

    No power to shower/pull cord issue

    Replace switch pull cord in electric shower
    Work completed quickly and efficiently, I was very pleased with work carried out and price. Would highly recommend.

    Kitchen switch
    Hired to fit a kitchen isolation switch face plate for the dryer which he did but 2 min after he left we noticed the led was not lighting up called him back an was asked if it was a new switch even though he took it out of its packaging or it was a faulty led an would have a look at it next time when i needed any other electrical work done.

    Fit a new electric shower
    I was very impressed with JME. He gave me excellent advice and I was able to sort out my problem myself. Very helpful indeed. I would go to him again.

    Renew electrical shower
    James & colleague carried out job in a professional manner. Fixed cost price provided prior to work. Kept informed of when work would start and turned up as agreed - would recommend

    8 flush ceiling lights to be fitted
    James gave me a great price for the work and was able to give me a date sooner than expected to carry out the work. Arrived when he said he would and done a fantastic job. Would definitely use again and will be recommending to others.
