Adrian provided a very competitive quotation and completed the job in super quick time. Nothing was too much trouble and he kept us upto date with the job as it went on. What a complete joke, I advertised this job 23rd Jan and the job still wasn’t completed 3 months later. Adrian gave me every excuse under the sun, lack of workers, illnesses, weather etc. I gave him plenty of opportunities to pass the job over if he was incapable to complete but he insisted he could. There was never any update until I chased until it got to the point he ignored all my messages asking if the work was going to be competed. I live away from the property and really needed someone I could trust to get the work done and Adrian certainly wasn’t that person. I’ve had to re advertise the job and find someone else to complete the job he clearly could not do.Answer from tradesperson:
I'm sorry you feel that way !, but I did inform you that I had fallen ill. And therefore wouldn't be able to complete the job. But your partner contacted me several weeks later to ask if I could possibly still do the job within the next two weeks and I agreed as I had just recovered. Then to my amazement I had this negative review two days after the phone call !! I feel this is unfair as he said he would like it done within two weeks. As you can see from all my previous reviews all my customers are more than happy with my very high standard of work. My other reviews speak for themselves. All the best for the future

Fantastic communication from Adrian, he came and assessed the issue and gave us 3 different options to pick from. Work completed on time and to a great standard. Wouldn't hesitate to use again
