He replaced our carpet with laminate flooring working straight through the day without a break. He sacrificed his evening to pick up the laminate for us and drop it at our house the day before and returned a separate day to attach a piece of skirting board. Very happy with the result. However in hindsight the lack of professional customer service is sometimes apparent and general care to the home/working environment could be improved. Laminate flooring: Areas of dissatisfaction where higher pricing would have resolved.
