Sorry Rachid, pretty bad experience. On the plus side the wooden boards were laid ok (though I could probably do that myself). He also did come when he said he would. The finishing though was truly awful. I don’t think Rashid has the skills or patience for the work. Bits of trim falling off, cracked and bashed door frames big blobs of glue everywhere. I wish I could upload all the photos. Part of the kitchen floor left with a bounce.Oh yes pretty rude smss and watch out for a quote that is only labour and then adds over £200 for some edging materials. It was like an episode from a dodgy builders programme. Never again.

Rachid was fantastic. He re-did my flooring quickly, professionally and to a very high standard. He made really helpful suggestions (I’m a first time buyer and slightly clueless), and left the house looking immaculate. Have asked for his help with further work on the flat - would highly recommend!

Rachid attended my property and did an amazing job, he even went out of his way to drive me to B&Q to exchange the flooring I had brought as it was the wrong one. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with advice he gave me in regards to the work.I will definitely be using Rachid again in the future to assist me with other jobs I have.

I am overall satisfied by Rachid's work. He did several jobs for me which included laying laminate flooring,tiling, changing the kitchen sink and building shelves for storage, He is an all rounder! Friendly, punctual, conscientious and did the works for a reasonable rate. He arrived early in the morning ,but didn't leave until he finished all the work in a day. He did tidy the place after work. He even came the previous evening and took me in his vehicle to the nearby B&Q and Selco to buy the necessary materials and let me use his tradesman discount at these places saving me some money on materials.I will definitely call him again and will recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you Rachid.

Rachid and his son arrived shortly before 9am. They took care to lay down a protective cover through the kitchen and hall, then unloaded the fence posts, gravel boards and panels, then got to work. They worked without break until 3.30am, by which time they had cleared all the debris from the old fence. I am very pleased with the new fence and with the repair to another fence that Rachid threw in as an extra. Would definitely use again! Thanks Rachid.

The laminate floor that Rachid and his colleague put down for me was done reasonably well, and I was pleased with the result. However whilst laying it they had ripped the carpet of an adjacent room, which was laid 2 weeks before. Both denied responsibility, sent aggressive texts, accused me of lying about the carpet being new, then told me that I was looking for a "free ride" in asking them to help me pay to fix it and finally went as far as to say I ripped it myself. My conversations with Rachid over text and phone were too distressing to continune to work towards a solution so I ended communication with him and will have to pay to fix his mistake myself. I live on my own and didn't want him to return without there being someone else there. This is my first encounter with builders and I was so disappointed that he treated me with such aggression and disrepute.

I can not praise Rachid work enough and I have used him several times now. Rachid is very hard working, completed all work with at speed with a professional finish. He has transformed my house!! Would I use Rachid again 100% yes!!
