Polite and friendly and quick to turn up to quote. However he took 4 separate visits trying gain access to replace a single tile Jason and his team failed to complete the task. This was down to not having ladders on his van, missed appointments, wet weather, incorrect tools for the job. On another day this may have been a positive feedback but what should have been a bread and butter job for a roofer turned into a protracted waste of time for all involved. Hopefully this was just a run of bad luck and not an indication of his abilities.

Jason came straight away gave us a price and bay windows was done in less than a week. Done a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend 👍

Jason came to view work promptly after I contacted him and was able to complete work just a few days after. Good communication throughout sending photo's of work before, during and after which was great as I wasn't at house during the time he was there. Very easy to deal with and organise the work, couldn't ask for more.

Nice guy, did exactly what was asked at the price quoted. He then fitted a few new joist brackets, free of charge. Would recommend.

Jason & his team did a great job. If they said they would be here at a certain time they were. They tidied up after themselves & removed all rubbish. I would recommend Jason to any of my family & friends.

Jason came to assess the job and instantly knew what the problem was. He gave me a quote then rang a few days later to state one of his colleagues had suggested a different source to apply to roof which was effective and cheaper. The job was completed and whilst he was on the ladder saw my neighbours had some damage to their roof which he fixed without charge. Jason is a friendly guy who explains everything in detail. He has a good sense of humour too, which I know isn’t a prerequisite for a builder but it helps when all is explained in detail and you can ask as many questions as you need in order not to be fleeced. More jobs planned for him to do.

Came on the day, within a hour of first contact. Described the job and didn’t put on any pressure. Very helpful and happy to explain the works and look at other jobs around the house. Would recommend
