JJJ were competitive and reliable. They started a little late due to the job before but still finished on time and we were very happy with the final product. The price was also very competitive and Jay was helpful in problem solving issues and presenting solutions, especially when things didn’t go as planned during the work. If something went wrong, he was quick to problem solve and come up with a positive solution which is not something we have seen with other builders. The shower tray didn’t drain properly when we first used it, which seemed to be an issue with the product itself though rather than the installation - none-the-less, JJJ not only offered to refit a new one but even purchased the new one as well. It meant the final bathroom took a bit longer to get to but it was not because of JJJ and they did everything they could to resolve the issue so we were happy with the result. Overall, we were very happy with the final product and the experience as a whole and we would rehire and recommend.

Great job. Reasonable price for level of finish. Start to end in 7 days for total strip out, fully retiled, new shower bath etc. Clean, professional and really want you to be happy. Have booked in next bathroom! I am quite fussy but very happy with results. Thanks to Jay and Davis.

Excellent so pleased with our new bathroom and shower room. JJJ stepped in when our original plumber fell through and have done a beautiful job of both rooms. Really great attention to detail, clean and organised in the way they work. They also made a couple of suggestions about tiles that I am really pleased I went with. Shame I can’t add photos as the before and after would say a lot. Will definitely use them again :)

Wow….what an extremely professional service! Jay and his team worked tirelessly to get our bathrooms (1 main + 1 en-suite) completed in under the original timeframe to the highest of standards, communication throughout the whole process was 100%, if there was a problem with where things should go he would offer alternative solutions but always leaving decision in our hands, right down to the placing of the tiles. He even fixed a small leak found from our boiler that he came across. On the last day they stayed late to get the job done to perfection and left the house in a very clean state. I would highly recommend Jay and his team…fantastic job!

When carrying out the work they were very professional and efficient and worked tirelessly to try and finish asap. I was extremely happy with the bathroom renovation they carried out. If you want your bathroom done these guys are great!

What can I say other than excellent ! Jay and colleague carried out a full bathroom renovation for myself .they were friendly , professional , on time ,they left the area exceptionally clean at the end of each days work .great workmanship , great quality and great value . I would not hesitate to recommend .in fact I already have to a family member and friend for their projects ! Many thanks Jay and colleague see you on my next project !

Jay & Davis were extremely professional, competitively priced, very tidy (cleaning up at the end of each day) and when last minute changes needed to be made, it was no trouble for them to alter plans and make adjustments to original plans when needed. We're delighted with the end result. Would highly recommend to anybody wanting a brilliant new bathroom fitted! Very happy customer! :)

Jay and Davis were nothing but professional and had fantastic ideas which made our new bathroom installation and clock room update even better than we had planned. We will be getting him back to do our kitchen for sure. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Very good service at a good price. I would recommend them to anybody. Pleasant personality and they will help you with any problem. Started job on time and finished early.
