JJA ROOFING AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE reviews (341)

Jimmy responded in minutes about gutter clearing job that needed doing.Came next day as arranged.Friendly and polite and done a very good job.Highly recommend to anyone and will use again in future.

Very happy with quote and job completed in 1.5 hours from quote, despite the rain and getting bitten by a wasp while up on the roof! Great Communication, friendly and kept me informed, told me what he was going to do, agreed price and completed the works after getting the materials required for my apex capping. He even did a little extra job with the sand & mortar fixing my back step down for no extra charge. Made sure I was happy with the final job. He Advised about a few problems with my guttering but wasnt pushy like the Everest glazing door knockers - he left me to make decisions. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Jimmy was very quick to respond to the job post and very accommodating with times and dates that he could attend.

Did a good job well recommended.

Happy to recommend Jimmy, he was prompt, professional and Was very happy with the standard of his workmanship

Within 2 minutes of posting job on mybuilder.com Jimmy Adams had phoned me to make contact and within 15 minutes he had come round to my property and quoted me for work to be done (Quick Service)...job was to clear gutters out of rubbish, seal leaking joints, and replace guttering that had come away from fixings. We agreed price which was fair..Came around next day (Sunday) to do the work..job was done within a couple of hours. Pleased with results of work completed..would recommend Jimmy Adams of JJA Roofing and Property Maintenace if anyone needed same work doing...

Good quote. I did not hire - this was my clutzy fingers

Jimmy contacted me seconds after shortlisting his message and come to quote me the same day at a time that suited me. Discussed a various different options to repair my fascia and soffits and also give advice on other areas to. Upon agreeing a price and selected option he returned the next day for the job. As I was at work he updated me with photos and progress. Also, working in the rain didn't stop him. Trusted trader, would use again.

Thank you, extremely good service. Fantastic job done straight away. Lovely chap. Would defenatly recommend.

Quick response and flexible with timing to accommodate the availability of neighours who provided garden access. Cleared blocked gutters that were causing internal water damage. Fair price.
