JJA ROOFING AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE reviews (341)

Jimmy was very quick to come over and give me a quote for my missing roofing tile and to fit a C-Cap for my chimney. He was also able to complete the job the same day as quoting for it. Overall very happy with the job done and the speediness of completing it.

Jimmy did a prompt and efficient job and got in touch as soon as I posted the requirement which was great!!!

Jimmy was very friendly, responsive and helpful in our communications. He advised me honestly and impartially about the technicalities with venting a cooker hood and that using a tile vent is rare and piping upwards isn't something he has seen. He sent me an image of the price for a typical pipe. On his advice I called Bosch to learn that you must pipe or duct at an angle otherwise the grease could run back down and clog the fan. I didn't use Jimmy this time round, but will definitely consider him for work on any roofing products.

Helpful and professional. Would recommend.

Excellent great service thanks

Replaced flat roof, fascias and guttering. Very pleased with standard of work. Kept me posted throughout the jobs with multiple photos detailing overall progress, I found this very useful and he definitely takes pride in his work. Good communication throughout. I would definitely recommend Jimmy.

Jimmy came to my property and quickly established that there were a number of cracked tiles which needed to be replaced. He carried out the remedial works on the same day as his visit and I am very satisfied with the outcome. A professional job carried out!!

We highly recommend JJA roofing. It is with pleasure that we have the chance to provide this recommendation. We got our roof cleaned from moss that was probably on there for over 10 years. From the beginning we felt very comfortable with Jimmy’s approach. He listened to what we wanted and provided excellent honest advice helping us save money. There were no short cuts but genuine hard labour leaving our roof spotless. The management of the team was bang on. The team were extremely reliable and the job was completed to a high standard. The outside of the property was actually left cleaner than they actually found it. Thank you for the outstanding job. Would defo reach out if we needed any further work done. It was so nice to see our neighbours also feel at ease to approach Jimmy for advice for their jobs too. Can’t wait for hubby to see it, he’s going to be delighted.

Jimmy came to fix my blocked gutter and drainpipe. He responded promptly and let me know in advance that he had been delayed due to the weather. He fixed the problem and pointed out a few other things that needed doing. He was polite and friendly and I would be very happy to use him again.

We had a loose ridge tile just waiting to fall onto the conservatory roof. Jimmy came around on time and fixed straight away. Very happy with the work
