JJ Roofing carried out the task quickly once I made the request. The lead flashing replacement was done quickly and very neatly and looked very good which was important as the section of flashing was at the front of the road facing the roadReview from mr_o_57, Woking mr_o_57, Woking

Jimmy is very polite and professional on the phone, works completed in time. This negative due to cost of actual work £480m for 5m of plastic paper and fixings and two hours work. This is not IMO a decent price. I made a rush choice. Jimmy was reluctant to give a full and proper invoice, stating to me that his bank details and name only was suffice for an invoice and he had no complaints with this method in 5years. I would not use or recommend.Answer from tradesperson:
Firstly I’m glad you found me professional and polite which most of my feedback states. And the work was carried out on time. However due to the cost off works this was discussed and I note PUT in writing before anything, which was read and agreed by you the customer. Not my fault which you stated you made a rush choice, the choice is yours. Then you tried to bribe me on adjusting the price or else you would leave this feedback, my response was the feedback is down to the customer on what they wish to write, I will not be blackmailed into buying a positive feedback this is not how the system works. Full receipts and invoices are given with every job. Please continue to read my other feedbacks. Kind regards Jimmy Adams JJA ROOFING AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
