Ionel(Johny) responded quickly to my request, visited the site and gave a quote all within 24 hours. He came to do the work within couple of days. Excellent work. Competent, knowledgeable, honest and reliable - all good qualities shown that would expect for any job you hire for. Speedy job, responded quickly and was here prompt everyday. About Team: Very friendly, hardworking & professional. They put in extra hours wherever required to complete the job on time- very well led by Ionel. Price : Very reasonable and comes up with ideas & implements wherever possible to save the budget during the process. I would strongly recommend Johny and will definitely be using his service again without second thought. I can see him expanding his business very big and my best wishes to him

Johny responded to a posting I placed on My Builder for a house renovation. He initially came to the property and gave me a very reasonable quote for the repairs. Johny was professional at all times. He was always willing to go that extra mile for his clients to ensure that they were happy with the work that had been done. He always discussed with me what needed to be done and was never pushy in any way. All the renovation and repairs done by Johny and his team were done to a very high standard. I would highly recommend Johny and will be using him in the future for some more work I need doing to my property. Amazingly Johny always answered his phone and turned up on time. My past experience of builders has been the exact opposite. He is a 5 star builder!

I employed John and his team to replace the tudor woodwork at the front of my house and to carry out a complete re render. After they started working I also got them to strip, repaint and apply new furniture to my wooden front door. His wasn't the cheapest quote but I was impressed by his professionalism and feedback and I spoke to a few customers. He fully detailed his quoted in writing, which is not common enough with builders, and I did background checks on the company as well as a detailed look at his insurance, which is my profession. Once I gave John the go ahead, they started work the folloing day. I found John easy to deal with and his team were always polite. They didn't make too much noise, they didn't spend all day drinking tea and they cleaned up after themselves every night. They even washed my neighbours car when it got dusty. The job isn't totally finished yet. I didn't like the final colour of the render (it comes pre coloured so there is no need to paint it but you can if you like). It wasn't quite as white as I'd have liked and John himself felt that the wood would look better in a matt finish rather than gloss. John offered to rectify straight away but recomended we wait until the weather is a bit more favourable before painting. He immediately offered for me to retain 12% from the total bill until he returns to finalise the job which I felt was very fair. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John and I will use him again for other jobs soon.

I found Johhny and his team via MyBuilder. It was a very easy and efficient process. Once I described my jobs that needed to be done, Johhny visited the site and provided me with a quote within 48 hours. There was never a task too big! Johhny and his team are polite and respectful of the property and neighbours. Johhny and his team completed a combination of tasks from plastering walls + ceiling, painting (walls and woodwork) for the whole house and kitchen re-tiling. Now the first phase is complete I definitely will be using them again for my flooring and garden patio. Quality work for a fantastic price.

Johny and the team recently completed our Double Storey Extension and Porch. They did an excellent job and delivered on time and budget. They left the site, safe, tidy and clean each evening. Johny made sure we were fully briefed each evening on the tasks completed and the planned activities for the next day. Would definitely recommend Johny.

Johnny and his team did an absolutely fantastic job for us. Johnny's team are efficient, diligent and polite - easy to have around and really nice guys. They transformed the house, had loads of ideas about how to restore it to its original Victorian appearance and really cared about how it looked. They grafted away for a week, for a very reasonable price, and made it all very easy. Johnny was around to oversee things. My wife and I were very, very, happy with their work - we'd recommend Johnny to anyone. He runs a good operation, completes things to a high standard and is very easy to deal with. Five stars!
