Jamie and his son did an outstanding job. When they arrived, the situation in my attic was pretty dreadful. But in 4 days, they replaced and fixed the kingspan sheets that were falling down, put back in place the floor insulation, topped it up when needed, completely replaced the boarding, ladder and lights, dusted and cleaned the whole attic. The result is really impressive - the attic is now dry, clean and tidy and can finally be used as a storage space. As for the house, it feels significantly warmer, drier and less drafty. We also greatly appreciated how tidy Jamie and his son are when they work, every night making sure that their tools and material are packed away and that the landing and stairs are left vacuumed and clean. I heartily recommend them to anyone who needs to insulate their attic and wants to ensure the job will be done at the most professional level.

Jamie and his team did an excellent job reinsulating my two lofts. One loft is huge at 144msq and was in a sorry state covered in bat droppings and many years of botched insulation including blocking of airflow in the eaves. They removed all insulation, hoovered the entire loft, reinsulated to 400mm, installed some flooring, a loft hatch and ladder, lagged pipes and put a new jacket on the tank. The second loft is 50msq and required a top-up only, all this for a reasonable price. They were on time polite and hardworking; they left the site tidy. The house is noticeably warmer now and the loft insulation looks great. I fully recommend Jamie and his lads to anyone looking for a small- or large-scale job like this.
