Very happy with the insulation of the garage which was carried out in a very professional way and to a high standard. It was a challenging job as Jamie had to work around a garage fairly full of items and meant it was not straight forward to get to some of the areas. The final job is excellent so would highly recommend.

Jamie and his team installed loft insulation for us. The 2 day work was well planned and executed in accordance with the proposal and quote.it was a pleasant experience for us to work with Jamie as everything went according to plan. The house stayed clean and all waste was removed from the property. Jamie is very experienced and helpful.

I spoke with Jamie in the middle of September for a quote. He was the most expensive of the options I had, but he did state he specialised in loft insulations, and provided me with his work history. My other options were handymen, and did not have close to the number of positive reviews Jamie had. He answered every question I had and was very informative prior to booking. On the day of the booking, Jamie arrived promptly, with his two sons and Summer. Jamie had to go to another job, leaving Callum and Summer at my place. They finished the top up to 270mm job in just under 3 hours, and didn't complain at all - my loft was v dusty and had a lot of debri due to roofing work done earlier in the year. I was later informed me that they had seen worse conditions and that this was normal. Callum and Summer were v helpful and answered all the questions I had. Afterwards they offered to vacuum the property, which was kind, though I declined, as they had hardly made any mess. After Callum and Summer left, I called Jamie, and paid the amount owed. I then called him again to let him know that I forgot to charge Callum for parking, which Jamie then promptly paid. Callum and Summer did a great job, in my limited opinion. The service provided by Jamie had his family was second to none. Callum said he also took photos, of before and after, and I look forward to receiving them. I feel I know more about insulation now than I thought I ever needed to. I would highly recommend.

Jamie and his two sons did a great job clearing our loft and installing the insulation and boarding over the quoted two days - now we have storage! There were a couple of minor hiccups - the loft hatch couldn't be extended as far as we had liked and the loft space was slightly more than quoted, but Jamie & co were flexible and adaptable enough to offer viable alternatives and we couldn't be happier with the new clean loft! We would happily recommend them.

Jamie Lake is a complete professional with many years experience in the Insulation field. With his two sons they work in unison to achieve a good rythym which means less time to finish job. Jamie is a pleasant guy which makes a good atmosphere.Also his charge is reasonable. Would recommend him.

Jamie and his partner completed the insualation for the loft and had done other minor repair (at no additional cost) as well. They were neat, professional and completed the job on time.

I employed insulation experts as they offered a thicker insulation than another company for about the same money and could do the work promptly and on weekend. The price quoted was approximate and based on the number of rolls of Knauf. The job turned out to be more expensive as more rolls were used. However, according to the photos sent promptly - along with the certificate of insulation - the work seems to be done to a high standard and Jamie was able and willing to work round stuff left in the loft. It's important to know that the company prefer to be paid on the day that the work is completed. However, they understood the limits of the weekend and me not able to be on site.

This job was carried out at a tenants flat and I was not present on the day. All started well and sounded good on the phone. Job was done on the day agreed, but a hole was made in the hallway ceiling. I was bombarded with phone calls and emails requesting payment that afternoon and evening but no mention was made of the hole in the ceiling (which had been repaired but not painted). I made an on account payment of about 80% of the job quoted price. Jamie could only return to finish the job two weeks later. On completion of the job I was again bombarded with phone calls and emails threatening court action, the same afternoon and into the evening and next morning. The only reason payment had not been made was that I was busy at work and the balance was only £200. I made the payment the next day after the work was completed. Cant do business with people that are so paranoid and can't wait 24hrs to get paid. Would never use them again just for that reason alone.
