An absolute outstanding job completed by this family run business. Excellent workmanship, very friendly and helpful. My loft is now a great space for storage and a hide out for my daughter. They even lifted 2 heavy mowers from my loft, which I couldn’t have done on my own. The new insulation looks amazing, with the new boarding, batten lights and loft ladder. The best priced out there by far, once again thank you for transforming my loft.

Thanks to Jamie and the Team. Good job, well done. The guys turned up on time, properly kitted out with masks and gloves. All waste removed from the loft and tidily bagged up and left outside for removal. I would not hesitate to engage Lake Insulation again. Many thanks.

Superb experience with Jamie and his team. Fully reccomendation, without reservation. I'm a live-away landlord and so hadn't inspected the loft for some time and I had just assumed that I needed a top-up of insulation. Jamie was the first to respond and estimated a fair price. As a result of previous tenant's "behaviour" in the loft, the job turned-out to be much bigger than I had expected and the site needed clearance, removal, ventilation, drying-out and re-insulating. Jamie communicated what needed to be done clearly and concisely over the phone and sent photos to verify what he say. It's clear that he has a wealth of experience and is a subject matter expert. After agreeing the larger workload, I'm thrilled to report that Jamie and his team confidently rose to the challenge and went well beyond what was expected. It was really helpful to have Jamie manage all aspects of the work, rather than leaving me struggling to organise separate tradespeople remotely. Five gold stars for Jamie and his team -- certainly saved me a trip to London and me struggling to sort out things by myself. Star performers and effortless to do business with.

Really pleased with the end result. Jamie was flexible in terms of what he could offer to suit my needs within my budget. Did a really good and for a messy job the place was left really tidy.

Jamie and his team did an excellent job insulating and boarding our loft. They were friendly, professional and worked very neatly. Most importantly, they were punctual and arrived when they said they would to give an estimate and then to carry out the work. One hundred percent happy with the work carried out by Jamie, his son, Callum and Summer. They worked well as a team and certainly knew their onions. Jamie gave very good advice and there was zero pressure from him. I have read other reviews that say Jamie was good, but more expensive than others. That may or may not be the case, but whatever the answer, they were more than worth the money. Jamie recommended a new loft ladder and hatch. He was spot on. Access to our loft space is now so easy. Between the three of them, they worked fast and efficiently – no radios blaring and the street door left open all the time. I’d have them back any time, As a bonus, I have immediately noticed an increase in the temperatures in the house – particularly in the bedrooms etc. I read some negative reviews re making payment on completion. What do people expect? Jamie had to pay for all the materials etc out of his own pocket and rely on the honesty of his customers. He and is team deserve only the best of reviews. As I said at the start of this review, I said I was one hundred percent happy. Make that two hundred percent. Many thanks, Jamie, Callum and Summer. Brilliant job.

The team were very efficient, I was given a quote straight away and an early appointment. Really pleased with the job, has made a big difference to my house. Would definitely recommend this company.
