Illingworth Building Services reviews (71)

Great service , polite , helpful, so happy with the job we asked him to do more . Would highly recommend to anyone looking

They arrived on time. Not only skimmed the ceiling as per job but also prepared the walls ready for tiling. Extremely pleased with not only the quality of the work but the general helpfulness of the company. Will definatly use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Highly recommended! We were nervous hiring someone from a website, but we certainly fell on our feet. The job was bigger than we originally anticipated, but nothing was too much trouble. Not only a new 2 storey side extension, but also the moving of drains and re-plastering the entire house. Andrew and his team were unfailingly helpful, had high standards and made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. The pricing was very fair and there were no sharp intakes of breath when we added something or occasionally changed our minds. We just hope he will be available when we do our next job as he and his team will be a hard act to follow.

Andy completed the work to schedule and to budget. He was very polite and a clean worker. The quality of his work was excellent and I am very pleased with the job.

Well what do I say about these builders? These guys are not your average builders!!! Andrew and his team have gone above and beyond on this job. We cannot thank them enough for their amazing hard work. The site was left immaculate at the end of the day. Andrew ensured that there was minimal disruption to us and the professionalism of this was above anything else we have experienced before. We urge you to HIRE THIS TEAM if you are fortunate enough to have them for any job. Their feedback speaks for itself! We are so thankful to have experienced the 'illingworth treatment'. Without a question of a doubt- we will never hire any other builders other than Andrew Illingworth and his team. They completed the job in a timely manner to an impeccable standard and feel so fortunate with the end result. Andrew, u really know ur stuff! I urge anyone who is thinking about hiring this team- DO IT, U WONT BE SORRY!!! Thanks again Andrew and the team... See you soon

Andrew and his team were extremely professional and completed the work to very high standard. Hard-working, they always left their work area clean and tidy at the end of each day. They also completed extra work which was not originally quoted and charged a very small fee for what turned into an extra days work. I would highly recommend Andrew and would hesitate to employ him again. His advice was sound and he gave me some great ideas for future projects.

Just had my bay window roof repaired ,I am more than pleased with the finished result. Mr Illingworth and staff were polite and friendly and when the job was completed they left it clean and tidy I will definitely be using Mr Illingworth again

Andrew and his team were fantastic, considerate and hard working. Delivering the agreed service in the time frame agreed to an excellent standard of finish.

Very helpful, polite and professional. Did a great job for a very reasonable price. Felt very comfortable having him and team in our home. Would definitely recommend and hope to have him do some bigger jobs for us in the future.

We've had a large 2 storey extension added to our house. Andy was helpful throughout and we worked well together. His staff were always polite and got on with the job. Everything Andy said he would do, he did. We had set the budget early and he remained on budget throughout the build. We had a few extras which were priced competitively and went on to enhance the project once it was finished. He has a real eye for detail & a positive creative flair. We are absolutely delighted with the end result and would recommend Andy to anyone. The quality of the build is second to none. Even the building inspector was impressed!
