    Repointing of back wall of terrace house

    Ian responded to my post quickly and arranged a time to come to give a quote on the repointing . I was happy with the price which was very competitive and arranged a time to start . Job was completed quickly without any hassle . Would defiantly recommend and will use Ian’s services again.

    - Build lintel **Customer description** Downstairs window requires an external Iintel which was picked up on a survey as we are selling our house. Job is ready to be done thanks

    Contacted me straight away to discuss the job and gave a competitive quote aswell of providing job examples from previous similar jobs. Booked me in for the following weekend and completed the job in a timely manner to a good standard and cleaned up afterwards. I was very happy with iaw and will use again.

    Repair of a ground floor brick arch

    Rebuilt a brick arch above my kitchen window. The workmanship was brilliant, the guys at IAW know their stuff. I would use again.

    Caulking/pointing vents in wall

    Ian responded quickly to my post, arranged a convenient time to visit and agree a fair quote. He explained the process, showed me photos of his recent, similar work and was back the following morning to complete the job, all within a weekend. A reliable and true professional who I would use again and advise others to.

    Water leak on side of house

    Paid £960 to rectify water leak on side of house. After first downpour it was apparent the problem was no different. Refused point blank to come back to check if there was a problem with the work he had carried out or to see if he could find out why it is still raining in.

    I fixed the lintels for the job I quoted afterwards I sent a roofer to your property which he told you about the work also which need to be carried out and lefted it between yourself and the roofer the roofer told me that the work which was carried out on your roof previously was to a poor quality you paid me to erect scaffolding and replace two lintels which i did

    Great Job by Ian, arrived promptly and gave a good price , completed the Job quickly and also got sorted another small job for me , great Guy to deal with, Highly recommend.

    pointing gable end

    We are exceptionally happy with the work carried out by Ian. He is reliable and very knowledgeable about his work. He was able to tell us the cause of a problem we had been having with the chimney and organised a roofer to come out and take a look at it for us. The gable end that he pointed looks amazing and we have no hesitation in recommending him to others requiring any bricklaying/pointing work done. In fact, we have asked him to quote for further work!
