We have recently had a single storey extension and kmock through completed by Focus Builders and transformation is amazing we are extremely happy. Sean was one of a number of tradesmen that got in touch when we originally posted the job on my builder.We spoke on the phone initially then arranged for Sean to come and discuss the job with us. We had lots of questions and Sean put us at ease and filled us with confidence spending about 3 hours with us to discuss all our needs and making suggestions. We were in no doubt after Sean left that he was the man for the job.He gave us a fixed price and breakdown for the job.After the initial 10% deposit Sean set out a schedule stating it would take 10 weeks to complete and we made weekly payments from there on. Sean was amazing kerping us informed every step of the way giving us daily updates and even sending us videos of work in progress.Sean designed our kitchen for us and guided us with such enthusiasm using extremely high quality materials and the end result is amazing. Even though our build was in the middle of the covid pandemic we only run over by a few weeks due to Seans amazing project management skills. All the tradesman that were used did an amazing job and they were timely and curtious and Tim who was in charge was amazing. We cannot recommend the team enough thankyou for transforming our home

We are extremely happy with the new extension. It is built to excellent quality and Sean was great with keeping us informed every step of the way, also when we were on holiday he would send us pictures etc of the progress. We were given a fixed quotation and that is the price we paid. Sean's team are very professional and their work is to a very high standard.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank Sean, Tim and all the team for an excellent piece of work recently undertaken on my garage conversion. It was a difficult brief, taking into consideration the existing structure with all its original walls being out of line, but the result is just what I envisaged and I appreciate all the work being well done, within the timescale and for the price quoted at the start of the job. I would use Focus Builders again if I needed any future work on my home.

We are very happy with the work that Sean has done. The communication was excellent, he always got in contact when he said he would. He would also regularly send pictures and videos as the work was being done. The work did overrun slightly but this was mainly due to unforeseen issues. Again, Sean kept us updated on what was happening. The painters and floor fitters who have been since the work was finished have also said that the standard of the work is very high. We would highly recommend him and would get him to come back for any further work that needs doing.
