Sometimes it happens when a small job becomes a huge task and this is what happened with this dripping tap. We had to have a new tap but it didn't come with the right fittings - then when the fittings arrived it was faulty so poor Matt had to visit us about 5 times to get the job complete. Hats off for not charging us more than he originally quoted & thank you for getting it sorted out and finished!

Matt unfortunately had some personal issues which led to him being delayed doing the job, also there were a couple of misunderstandings relating to which day he was meant to come. However, once we got over those he was quick, efficient, competent and did a great job of the tiling.

Matthew was very professional and helpful with advise about replacing a shower unit. Always kept us informed with progress and did a brilliant job. We are very pleased with our replacement shower and would not hesitate in recommending his services to others. S Johns 20/03/1920

DO NOT HIRE... Poor quality of tiling, didn’t even bother using any spacers leaving unequal gaps everywhere. Didn’t finish tiling. Postponed the job 4 times. Never turned up to finish the job.

Matthew was able to complete my job at short notice over the xmas break. He assessed the job well and honestly and carried out the works talking me through the process. He was polite, honest and trustworthy throughout. I would certainly recommend Matthew and look to give him repeat work.

Hired Matt after a builder had left tiles in an awful state. Unfortunately Matt had a severe case of dog ate his toolbox.... It was a shame Matt only did about 1/2 an hours work. He said all the right things and I’m sure he’s a good tiler but he never came back due to a long list of excuses... Family in hospital A dodgey car Problems staffing another job It was raining Didn’t want to come alone Stomach bug... He did pay us back the initial deposit in full, but caused our build to be delayed by 2 weeks, crucial timing just before Christmas. And managed to break a plug socket which he paid £5 for.

Job done to perfection, would definitely use Matt again. Highly recommend. Thanks Matt

Matthew was a real pleasure to have in my house. The work he performed for me was carried out quickly and efficiently and he made sure that I was happy with the work before he left. If I have any plumbing needs I know who to call. Thanks!
