Put Job on line Wednesday Ashley rang and made appointment for the very next day. Day of appointment Engineer rang to say he was out on an energency but would be with me 1 hour later.Which was a pleasant change as people dont normally contact you , just dont turn up. He turned up with a smile and lots of information. Said that the person who had installed the combi boiler had done an excellent job, and it was how he would of done it. This re-assured me. Would use them again and recommend them. .........

Ashley gave me a very professional detailed quote for a fair price and I had complete confidence that everything we discussed would be carried out. Very good. Agreed an appointment to service the boiler two days hence between 10 and 11. Engineer called before that to say it would be more like 11. He came at 11 and gave a thorough and conscientious service to the boiler, pointed out a possible reason for the intermittent fault but did not insist on replacement. Price was reasonable. Would recommend.

Engineer turned up on time, gave a call before arriving; Tidy work, explained everything he was doing, so that feel confident that a) required work has been done, b) work has been done to a high standard. Sinclair also explained any potential problems and suggested solutions without trying to sell them - I found that reassuring. Would definitely hire again.

I received excellent service from Ashley, he arranged for an engineer to visit and always telephoned when he said he would. The engineer (from Pryke Electrical I believe in Stowmarket) did a very thorough service on our boiler, I would not hesistate to use either of these companies again.

Very communicative, good clear explanation of what would happen. Neat and tidy work, good job. I would use Heatsave again.
