After he came and fixed part of the problem, he was meant to come and replace some of the remaining cracked tiles. In my naivity, I paid him in full the agreed price. After this he blamed the lockdown, then a funeral in England (see other feedback about funeral excuse to another customer...I know, I should have known better), a holiday and then towards the end of the summer and about 8 months later, on the last conversation I had with him, he asked me if the roof is leaking and if not, to wait because he is very busy!? (Even though I paid him in full to finish the work I contracted him to do before taking on other jobs) he proceed and blocked my phone number. This is a genuine feedback and exactly what happened to me. I was patient to wait about 8 months hoping he will eventually come round to finish an easy job for which he got paid already, be fore taking on other jobs but aparently it was not worth coming back to finish the job as he was already paid. THINK TWICE BEFORE HIRING HIM AND IF YOU DO, PLEASE, PLEASE, DON'T BE A FOOL LIKE I WAS AND ONLY PAY HIM WHEN THE JOB IS FINISHED.
