Harry was able to assess the job, and complete quite quickly. A tile broken during the repair was replaced with one he had in the van. There was also a similar and slightly smaller problem at our neighbours house which he was able to patch up very quickly too, during the visit. Overall, very happy with the work.

Came out promptly to take a look at my roof. Did the work well, quickly and with a guarantee.

After he came and fixed part of the problem, he was meant to come and replace some of the remaining cracked tiles. In my naivity, I paid him in full the agreed price. After this he blamed the lockdown, then a funeral in England (see other feedback about funeral excuse to another customer...I know, I should have known better), a holiday and then towards the end of the summer and about 8 months later, on the last conversation I had with him, he asked me if the roof is leaking and if not, to wait because he is very busy!? (Even though I paid him in full to finish the work I contracted him to do before taking on other jobs) he proceed and blocked my phone number. This is a genuine feedback and exactly what happened to me. I was patient to wait about 8 months hoping he will eventually come round to finish an easy job for which he got paid already, be fore taking on other jobs but aparently it was not worth coming back to finish the job as he was already paid. THINK TWICE BEFORE HIRING HIM AND IF YOU DO, PLEASE, PLEASE, DON'T BE A FOOL LIKE I WAS AND ONLY PAY HIM WHEN THE JOB IS FINISHED.

Harry comes across as a really nice chap, takes lots of photos and was engaging. In fact I employed him because he was so personable and the reviews of this site were so good. I can only assume however, that most of the reviews left on this site are utterly fabricated. I asked him to do 3 jobs, for which he was paid £450 for a days work. The jobs took him ALL day. These were repair to two leaks on my roof (one in a gully, one on the dividing wall between mine and my neighbours) and replace some tiles as the back. He made both leaks worse by removing the cement and silicone which damaged the inside of two newly decorated decorated rooms in my house. I asked him to come back, 6 months later he did come back and fixed one of the leaks (it took 10 minutes - indicating he wasted most of the day I paid him for) but still didn't fix the second leak. I had towels stuffed into my rafters in the interim period. I got someone else in to fix the second leak after this, which cost me only £140 - and fixed it perfectly - probably suggesting I was ripped off in the first place. The third job, putting tiles back on my roof, I have also now discovered was a bodge, because I can see the two tiles in my guttering and the felt on my roof (they look like they weren't even nailed in) a year after they were fitted. He came to my house, did a tiny bit of cementing, sat on my roof all day and charged me £400 for making each leak worse.

Harry gave a reasonable quote for the job. Giving a good description of what he thought was causing the leak in the roof and suggested remedy. He then called back within the week and completed the repair in good time. The recent weather has proved that the repair has worked very well and I have no hesitation in recommending Harry

Really efficient and good value for money

Harry has been brilliant. Showed up on time, provided a reasonable quote and carried out the works for my mothers roof on the same day. He kept me updated throughout with pictures and phone calls with detailed descriptions of what he was doing and gave future recommendations on other areas of the roof. He worked fast and clean. Friendly and professional. Very happy with the service and work provided.
