Double R PlumbingHeating & Gas Services reviews (195)

Excellent work, very quick response too Robert saw the predicament of my tenants, young family with no heating or hot water and managed to rearrange his schedule so he could start the next working day. Tenants very happy, said Robert and his mate cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. Received a 7 year guarantee for the new Ideal combi boiler and also a building control certificate. Good price too, about £400 less than quote from Worcester Bosch

Good workmanship, but he didn't include VAT in the original quote. He also wanted to have a transaction fee when i paid online. Would i use him again? for the job yes, given payment terms, no.

Robert was on time, prompt, efficient at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him

Really liked Robert and he did a great job. He’s my go-to person now.

Robert has on time and delivered a fair quote for the job. Fast turnaround. Thanks very much.

Robert was fantastic - he came within 24 hours of my posting the job and performed a thorough diagnostic and fix within an hour. His costs were a tenth of the price quoted by another plumbing company. Will definitely use again if I run into any plumbing issues in the future.

Very happy. Robert turned up, did the job efficiently and effectively. Only taking 30mins to install the Hive system. I would definitely recommend Robert.

Robert was professional throughout and good company too. New parts had to be bought and it took some time but my water system now works perfectly. I would highly recommend Robert to others.

Robert provided professional and friendly service. As a landlord not on the property, I appreciated that he communicated with myself and my tenants effectively. It was clear he knew what he was doing and we are confident with his work. Robert efficiently identified the problem and provided the solution, while thoroughly explaining the process to us along the way. He was even available to answer a question later and followed up to check everything was fine. Very happy with his service and he is now our 'go-to' guy for any future plumbing issues.

Robert was brilliant. He turned up on time was very friendly and terrible knowledgable. We would have no hesitation in recommeding him and have already saved his number should we ever need a plumber again.
