Derek recently helped me to solve a complex plumbing problem that a number of other so called "Plumbers" had missed. He worked professionaly, quickly, tidly and kept to budget. He is a great worker, who is very amicable and took the time to talk me through the problem and solution. I would happily employ, Derek again and have no hesitation in giving him my highest recommendation. If you are looking for a truly trustworthy plumbing professional who sets himself apart from the "cowboys" out there, Derek is your man -An honest, hardworking and reliable tradesman.

He arrived always as promised, giving an accurate window of times. His quotation was competitive and the work was carried out to a very high standard, with the minimum of mess and disruption. All waste material was removed and the room was left in a clean state. I shall be using Derek West in the future and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Derek is very conscientious, hard working and honest. Communication was good and he explained exactly what he was going to do. He was very careful about using dust covers and cleared up any mess after he had finished the work which I appreciated. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Good standard of work and communication. He kept in regular contact before the work was started, and offered advice regarding what items to purchase. The work was at the home of my elderly mother. He was polite & considerate, ensuring that he kept us informed of progress, and cleared up after the work was completed. He kept to the quote provided. Very pleased & would use again.

Derek did a very good job installing my shower screens. His work was neat and he didn't leave a mess. The cost was also reasonable and he's a pleasant guy. I would definitely recommend Derek and I will be hiring him again in the future.

In a nutshell: excellent. I am 100% satisfied. Derek completed the work to a very high standard, on time, and for the price originally quoted. I found Derek to be a friendly, honest, polite and conscientious tradesman. He was careful to keep the 'walkways' through the house clean and tidy at all times, and at the end of the day would leave a clean work area. I would have absolutely no hesitation in hiring Derek again, or in recommending him to family and friends.
