Derek completed the job in a punctual, professional and tidy manner - with care and thought going in to the overall solution plus careful explanation about what was to be done and why. Understanding what needs to be done, was for me important rather than just having a tradesman who gets on with something then charges for it. It also plays to one of Derek's other strengths in that he is very personable which gives confidence up front from the quotation stage. I am very happy with the work carried out by Derek. He also advised on a few other things that needed attention that I pointed out and I found him to be very knowledgable . He clearly explained in a very honest and concise way that put my mind at rest and saved me a small fortune! Derek also made sure that he wore boot protectors and laid down protection for our carpets. I am holding onto his number for any possible future work and I would recommend him.
