We are very pleased with the work that Rick, Dave and Jake did over 3 days on our house this month. They replaced 7 window frames, 2 entrance doors and 1 patio door, from old wood to uPVC / Secure By Design. They arrived early and worked hard continuously, laying dust sheets and making good as they went. I was particularly surprised by how little dust / mess there was throughout and at the end. They were truly professional, courteous and had good banter throughout and the day after they completed here is eerily quiet! Over and above the main job they performed a number of other small fixes such as removing rotten wood from a roof supporting post, fixing telephone wire to the house, and glueing down a window sill that was split due to formerly serving 2 rooms. Although Ben was away for the job himself he has always been quick to reply to our questions and he checked in regularly that everything was going OK. We were reassured that we were regularly in contact with Grand Opening's CEO rather than just a salesman! We took time to decide to go with Grand Openings and we are glad we did. Thanks to everyone!

Ben did an excellent job from the start, providing an accurate and detailed estimate/quote. The workmen from Grand Openings worked hard and built a good quality porch to a high standard with minimum disruption, and understood clearly what was required throughout the work. The doors were fitted to a high standard again with minimum disruption. We are very pleased with the standard of work, Ben's attention to detail, his professionalism in checking with us that everything was going well and Ben always answered or returned our calls without fail. We would certainly recommend Grand Openings.

Would definitely recommend. Originally came over to quote for bifolds however ended up completing the entire job (included removing supporting wall / moving location and fitting new kitchen / making room for and fitting new bifolds / electrics / plumbing / plastering / painting). Exceptional communication was in contact with daily. Happy with price vs quality of work. Any problems / challenges which came up during the works (which there always are with a project like that) were overcome quickly and with good solutions. Works were completed within timescales and with minimal mess. Ben has a really good knowledge of construction, a personable individual, trustworthy and showed genuine interest.

Ben has been a pleasure to deal with throughout, he is currently working on our project for a 5 bed house and also a project where we are converting a house into 3no. flats.

Best price I got after asking around for an UPVC door to close an arched porch... difficult shape so some delays on supplier end but routinely kept me in the loop on status and next steps. Fitted well and promptly.. also had to come back for minor adj due to weather conditions- no hassle. Would use again!
