There are some truly genuine honest kind compassionate souls out there. Ben is one of them. He reached out to help my family who were in desperate need of support and a DIY SOS. His company came forward in our time of need and I have been blown away by their empathy and kindness. A true rare gem who clearly has people’s best interests at heart. A compassionate soul. Grand Openings quoted for replacement windows and decorative works. The job was carried out quickly and to a high standard. I'm really pleased with the works and would definately use them again. Ben organised different tradesmen who were all professional, polite and carried out the work to a high standard.

I had quoted quite a few companies and individuals for the replacement of doors and windows. Finally, I chose Grand Openings as I felt they are more professional than those individual installers and also beated other companies. The quality of doors and windows are good and the service is good as well. Overall I'm very happy with them. I would highly recommend them!

We are very pleased with the work that Rick, Dave and Jake did over 3 days on our house this month. They replaced 7 window frames, 2 entrance doors and 1 patio door, from old wood to uPVC / Secure By Design. They arrived early and worked hard continuously, laying dust sheets and making good as they went. I was particularly surprised by how little dust / mess there was throughout and at the end. They were truly professional, courteous and had good banter throughout and the day after they completed here is eerily quiet! Over and above the main job they performed a number of other small fixes such as removing rotten wood from a roof supporting post, fixing telephone wire to the house, and glueing down a window sill that was split due to formerly serving 2 rooms. Although Ben was away for the job himself he has always been quick to reply to our questions and he checked in regularly that everything was going OK. We were reassured that we were regularly in contact with Grand Opening's CEO rather than just a salesman! We took time to decide to go with Grand Openings and we are glad we did. Thanks to everyone!
