Competitive pricing, work done within the given time and to the highest standard. Very friendly team, even fixed a badly installed window (by the previous vendor) at no extra cost. I would sure recommend Ben and team and use their services again.

Ben and his team were swift in measuring and fitting our windows. We did the whole house in flush grey including 4 bays and a dorma. They were clear and communicated frequently throughout the process and their fitters are very experienced. They sequenced the work, patched and cleaned as they moved through the house. Even helped me fit an extra flashing panel that needed attention. Very happy to recommend them to anyone.

Ben came in with an excellent quote and agreed a start date in advance to suit us. The team arrived on time and completed the work to a very high standard. We are extremely happy with the end result and would recommend

My experience was very good. An anxious tenant with wife and child had a front door that would not close due to swollen wood at base of door caused by constant rain. Door had been open for three days and I was only finding contractors wanting to sell me a new door, saying the job is too small, or to busy to do it for next 3 weeks. Ben was the first person who offered to help and even though they are not in the business of doing repairs. He arranged for someone to come round to fix it. All done without delay within a couple of hours. That's what I call a professional service.

We had a long delay caused by supply chain issues, in turn caused by the pandemic but Ben was very easy to contact and very communicative when chasing updates. Now the doors are in they are excellent and minor snagging has been dealt with promptly and efficiently. I am very happy with Grand Openings and with the service we received.

Ben from Grand Openings gave us a very competitive quote and the bifolds were installed really well and are of great quality. We employed Grand Openings for a second job, a second set of bifold doors and even though we had a few set backs as our builders hadn't made the opening correctly Ben and his team were very flexible and helped us sort out the mishap. We also ordered a stable door from Grand Openings and when we saw there had been a mistake done to the order Ben rectified it immediately at no extra cost and quickly. We employed Grand Openings for three jobs in total and we are very pleased with the work done and quality of products. We would recommend Grand Openings without hesitation.
