Communication was great. Got us booked in quickly Gave good recommendations of makes of gas hobs Went above and beyond to explain what each step meant for installation and also about the boiler service. 10/10 would recommend and have back to service the boiler again

Attended a fix original leak on heating pipe that had a screw in it. Unfortunately another leak was found after he left but he came the following day and fix promptly. Very reliable service, his van broke down on the way to the job but he never let us down and kept the appointment and turned up in a taxi! Can’t get more committed to customer service than that. Will be booking him in for a boiler service next month! Great chap!
