    Diagnose and probably Replace thermostat pump/valve

    Scott was quick to respond and came in two days, on time and fixed the issue (replacing 3 port valve) under the allocated time. He was helpful in explaining the complexities.

    Boiler receiver won't pair with thermostat.

    All good, work around found to get us heat, part ordered and will likely get Scott back to fit it this week.

    Timer installation for boiler

    Excellent service. Got a call soon after posting. The issue was discussed over the phone and all options were explained to me really nicely. Friendly character, got the work done quickly. Offered to help set up the timings as well.

    Boiler Service - Loud Vibrating Noise When Heating On

    Boiler service and gas fire removed.

    Scott undertook the boiler service and capped off gas supply to my fireplace. Great tradesman, highly recommend.

    Find & repair gas leak in house

    Scott fixed the gas leak we had. Unfortunately he turned up a bit late for the job, but in the end we were happy.

    Ground floor radiators not heating up. Upstairs are ok

    Scott is a lovely guy. Truly went above and beyond, and helped out at very anti-social times for him. Very friendly and amenable. Knows what he's talking about and put a lot of effort into ensuring the right solution was found. He didn't change one part and knocked it off the bill - so he's very honest as well. Highly recommended!
