It was not an easy job as the stove had to be dismantled, but Frazer was very thorough and replaced faulty parts and cleaned it thoroughly. Frazer got in touch promptly, came over the next day at exactly the time he said he would. He was efficent, did the job well, explained what he was doing and showed us a photo of the finished job (it was on the roof!) to ensure we were happy with it.
