    Replaster large crack in ceiling

    front gutter replacement
    Frazer quoted the best price out of 7 quotes. He also did the job quickly and efficiently. He turned up with his colleague on time and completed the job bang on time. I would definitely recommend his services and will use him in future.

    Removal of ventilating cowl from chimneypot

    Frazer was on time and persevered with ladder positioning to achieve access. He replaced dislodged slates as he descended and the roof looked visually fine on completion. So far so good.

    metal drain down pipe from roof broken.

    Frazer arrived a little late but got straight on with the work. He was quick, tidy and efficient. I am very happy with the results and would use him again in the future.

    Very Impressed with Frazer's work - he gave the best quote, arrived on time and got straight on with the job - all with a calm friendly and professional manner. He did a great job and left everything neat and tidy. I would have no hesitation in hiring him again or of recommending him to others.

    repair roof, clear gutter and repair down pipe

    Repair was completed efficiently and properly for a reasonable price. I was also offerd helpful suggestions movinging forward. I would recommend Frazersroofing for a repair of this kind.

    Organised scaffolding and skips. I renewed the clients old roof for new. Stripped all roof coverings. Felt and battened roof. Tiled roof with concrete tiles. Replaced facias and sophets.

    I found Frazer to be very reliable and very easy to get on with - he has a really good way with customers. The work was finished on time as well. We had a leak in our roof and Frazer came to replace the slates on our roof with new ones. He arranged for scaffolding and skips and made sure everything was tidy and cleared away when the work was completed. I'd definitely contact him again for any future roofing works, and I'd recommend him to anyone who needs any roofing work done.

    Organised scaffolding , skips and there licences. I replaced Mr johnstone'sRoof. I removed all the old roof coverings from the property. I insulated the loft area while it was exposed. I then felt and battened the roof with a breather membrane an good quality timber. I then slated the entire roof with eternit man made slates. Installed new gutters all round. Painted exterior of house. I also rendered front garden wall.

    Frazer replaced our roof and insulated the loft for us. He's a real pleasant guy, he's punctual and tidy and really quick too. He rendered one of our walls and painted the outside of the building as well. His work is very neat and as far as me and my wife were concerned, he did an excellent job. His tidiness on the job was impressive - he was very particular to keep everything clean and he spent time tidying up at night. The scaffolding that he arranged arrived on time and was taken away when the work was done. Very impressed all around.
