Very professional - came on time and did work quickly.

Decent job. On time.

I had already consulted roofer and a plumber about the problem with my chimney before contacting Neil Fox. Neither had been able to identify the cause of the problem. Neil Fox arrived promptly and took photographs of the chimney stack which clearly showed significant weaknesses. He sent me a detailed estimate and carried out the work promptly and efficiently. When this failed to fix the problem, he came back immediately to demonstrate that the problem was definitely not with the newly refurbished chimney stack. He then came back again and patiently checked the plumbing until he found a leak hidden in the wall of my bathroom. Having tried to fix the leak, he recommended an excellent plumber. I would thoroughly recommend him for his professionalism and integrity, He does a first rate job.

Job done, very professional. Was not the cheapest estimate but good communication regarding appointments, arrived on time as agreed to estimate and later to carry out the job. Received photos on the job carried out which is really good as otherwise difficult to see the quality of work done. Will use again.

more expensive than other quotes, but the standard of work was second to none, Neils team not only fixed the problem to an exceptional standard but also fixed all other issues as well. All appointments were kept and was always ontime, will definitely use again.
