We are very happy with the floor. We wanted to have the job done asap and we were lucky that Keith managed to fit us in the following week. Keith works with a team of joiners, so the job was done quickly. However, some small jobs were a bit rushed - e.g. some nails of a skirting board were halfway through; after they hung the door of the bedroom back, 2 screws were missing; 2 doors were not trimmed properly, but they came back and fixed it the day after. Apart from these small details, overall, we are happy with the job done by Keith. Once they finished, we redecorated the skirting boards, and altogether looks very nice.

From first point of contact Keith was able to recommend a suitable product, cost it and set a date to do the kitchen, conservatory and en suite bathroom He and his team arrived promptly on the given date(s) and did a comprehensive job of clearing up all the existing flooring, preparing the base and laying the new flooring All the rubbish was cleared up and the house left pristine Overall a great job and I have already asked Keith to look at another big job for me as I was impressed with not only his and his teams workmanship but als his very competitive price

It was a pleasure to work with Forth. We had all the flooring replaced in our office. Keith was very responsive and proactively offered up some great suggestions for the new flooring and was mindful of offering us a couple of options at varying prices. The work was quickly scheduled and immaculately install. I'm very pleased with the results and would definitely use Forth again! Thanks.

UNPROFESSIONAL. I accepted the quote Keith gave me and a date was agreed to do the job. (22.09.22) On the 21st, he texted to say that he wouldn't be able to do it that day but would let me know as soon as possible when he could. Despite other texts from me that was the last I heard from Keith. (This message posted 26.10.22) Perhaps Keith has had a subsequent better offer of a bigger job and has decided to do that. Fine, but at least have the decency to let me know what is happening so I am not hanging around indefinitely wondering what I should do. I assume any other potential customer using My Builder would have similar treatment, so please be careful as I do not think this company can be trusted. VERY POOR UNPROFESSIONAL STANDARD OF SERVICE

Keith and his guys levelled two floors that were sloping quite badly in 3 dimensions and sorted out all the squeaking floor boards in many of our other rooms which included lifting the boards and replacing. They also laid ply to many rooms. Keith and his guys are very proactive, trustworthy, hard working, punctual, polite and can problem solve as the job progresses. I am getting them back to lay engineered flooring soon. I highly recommend Keith and his guys to anyone thinking of getting work done.
